Warehouse Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound receipt, storage, GRN, put-away, picking, kitting, line feeding and dispatch operations.
• Oversee finished goods movement, domestic/export dispatch and customer delivery.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliation and annual physical inventory.
• Maintain FIFO, shelf-life controls, chemical storage standards and material traceability.
• Manage WIP, blocked stock, slow-moving inventory and E&O.
• Drive warehouse layout, space utilisation, capacity planning and material-flow improvements.
• Ensure effective use of SAP/ERP and WMS.
• Manage transporters, 3PL partners, service providers and warehouse-related vendors.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, HIRA, MOC, PPE and safe material-handling practices.
• Drive KPIs, PDCA, RCA/CAPA, audits, SOP compliance and continuous improvement.
• Lead warehouse manpower planning, training, multiskilling and team development.
