Job Description : HVAC & Water System
-Candidate from pharmaceutical background with experience of 3 to 5 years
-Operation knowledge of equipment i.e HVAC and water system. Reporting of daily activities to superior
-Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activity as per schedule. Preparation and execution of qualification with documentation.
-To identify and maintain critical spares inventory. Issuance of material and to raise purchase requisition of Engineering material/service in ERP.
-Knowledge of QMS system (Deviation, Change control, Qualification) and safe working practices
-To monitor site contractors, their safe working and housekeeping by them. To verify the bills of contractors with joint measurement.
-To ensure efficient operation & maintenance of utility equipment. To initiate and execute energy conservation activities.
-Achieve the departmental objectives / targets and Environment Management plan set by the management.
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
