Handle contract renewals and supervise contractual manpower engaged in horticulture services.
Ensure required green cover as per statutory norms and maintain/update the inventory of trees for compliance.
Manage housekeeping, hygiene and sanitation services across the facility.
Handle renewal of housekeeping contracts and ensure cost optimization and budgetary control.
Ensure pest control activities are carried out as per SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
Assist in preparing and implementing the security deployment plan.
Prepare and implement SOPs/checklists for movement of employees, visitors, vendors, contract employees, government officials and other personnel.
Manage the security team and ensure effective control of all entry and exit points.
Monitor and track people movement through CCTV, Visitor Management Systems and other online systems.
Investigate deviations/incidents and prepare relevant security and deviation reports.
Ensure systematic vehicle and material movement, including verification of vehicles and related documents.
Ensure compliance with SOPs/checklists related to vehicle safety parameters and product-related information.
Maintain discipline and compliance among truckers and tanker drivers.
Monitor vehicle movement through CCTV and vehicle tracking systems and report deviations.
Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements, including ISO 9000, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and SA 8000.
Ensure statutory compliance related to contract labour, fire safety systems and vendors.
Monitor abnormalities round the clock through the CCTV/control room and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
