-Manage end-to-end recruitment, candidate selection, onboarding, induction, and manpower coordination.
-Maintain employee records, HR documentation, HRMS data, and joining-to-separation processes.
-Coordinate attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, statutory deductions, and payroll-related employee queries.
-Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies.
-Maintain statutory records and support internal and external compliance audits.
-Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives.
-Identify training needs, organize training programs, and maintain training records and effectiveness reports.
-Support employee engagement, welfare initiatives, grievance handling, and internal communication.
-Prepare HR reports, dashboards, MIS, policies, and management updates.
-Support campus recruitment and internship programs.
-Use AI and HR automation tools to improve recruitment and HR operations.
-Liaise with statutory authorities and regulatory bodies when required.
Candidate Profile
-Graduate in any discipline with PGD/MBA in Human Resources.
-7–8 years of relevant experience in HR Generalist functions.
-Candidates from the manufacturing, chemical, polymer, resin, or process industry will be preferred.
-Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and HR operations.
-Hands-on experience with HRMS and HR automation tools.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Good analytical, reporting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
