Key Responsibilities
-Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of all activities.
-Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
-Manage production, engineering, maintenance, warehouse, and support functions.
-Monitor site performance through KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
-Develop and mentor teams while fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.
-Coordinate with corporate teams, customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of business plans.
-Prepare and manage site budgets, resource planning, and operational reports.
Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering
-15–25 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role such as Plant Head, Site Head, or Operations Head.
-Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, quality systems, and statutory compliance.
