Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Kilo Lab and High-Pressure/Autoclave operations.
• Handle scale-up batches from laboratory to kilogram scale and support technology transfer to plant.
• Work on specialized high-pressure reactions such as hydrogenation, ammonolysis, ethylation and carbonylation.
• Drive CRDMO new product development and process improvement projects.
• Conduct literature and patent searches to develop new synthesis routes.
• Apply Design of Experiments (DoE) and advanced reactor techniques for process optimization.
• Coordinate with Process Safety and Process Engineering teams for safe scale-up and commercialization.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation and presentations.
• Lead and develop R&D team members while maintaining strong safety, quality and ELN compliance.
