We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineering professional with expertise in Capital Project Management, Construction Execution, Project Planning, Cost Control, Risk Management and Commissioning of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end execution of civil engineering and construction projects, from concept to commissioning and operational handover.
Prepare Project Charters, Project Execution Plans, baseline schedules and progress reports.
Coordinate design, procurement, construction, QA/QC and HSE activities.
Review engineering drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and contractor submissions.
Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, contracts and change control.
Monitor project progress using MS Project and project dashboards.
Review contractor claims, variations and payments.
Manage project risks, stakeholder coordination and regulatory compliance.
Oversee onsite inspections, quality assurance and closure of non-conformances.
Plan testing, commissioning, project close-out and defect-free handover.
Key Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
10–15 years of experience in industrial, commercial or residential project delivery.
Minimum 5 years of multidisciplinary capital project management experience.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, contract administration, cost control, risk management, QA/QC and HSE.
PMP certification preferred.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
