Key Responsibilities:
-Plan and execute greenfield, brownfield, expansion, and modification projects.
-Prepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, technical specifications, and resource plans.
-Review P&IDs, layouts, engineering drawings, equipment specifications, and technical documents.
-Coordinate equipment procurement, installation, erection, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
-Supervise contractors and monitor work quality, progress, safety compliance, and project timelines.
-Coordinate with production, maintenance, EHS, purchase, consultants, and vendors.
-Monitor project costs against approved budgets and prepare progress reports and MIS.
-Ensure compliance with engineering standards, permit-to-work systems, statutory requirements, and safety procedures.
-Participate in HAZOP studies, safety audits, risk assessments, and performance testing.
-Complete project documentation and ensure proper handover to the operations team.
