Project Control Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans, schedules and cost-control systems.
• Prepare progress reports, conduct variation analysis and recommend mitigation plans to senior management.
• Perform periodic cost, productivity and project performance analysis.
• Prepare/review project cost estimates.
• Strong understanding of the complete Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) cycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, schedule and costs and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Track project performance, resource allocation, budgetary objectives and project constraints.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in Project Controls / Project Planning / Scheduling / Cost Control
- Exposure to site-based industrial projects
- Experience handling projects with an investment value of ₹10 Crore+
- Knowledge of Project Control Software, MS Office and ERP systems
- Good understanding of construction practices, procurement and vendor coordination
- Experience with manufacturing / operations / maintenance environments will be preferred
