· Drive the production of various agrochemical products as per the approved monthly production plan.
· Monitor actual vs. planned production and take corrective actions for deviations.
· Ensure achievement of budgeted yield, purity, and process norms.
· Plan product changeovers to avoid contamination and intermixing.
· Monitor packaging of technical products as per customer requirements.
· Ensure availability and optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and other resources.
· Drive cost reduction, productivity improvement, and TQM/continuous improvement initiatives.
· Maintain compliance with quality, GMP, safety, and environmental standards.
· Review near-miss incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Ensure team adherence to health and safety procedures and conduct regular safety training.
· Lead, motivate, and develop the production team to achieve operational excellence.
· Monitor production KPIs and prepare production performance reports.
