Job Description
Candidates having hands-on production experience in Synthetic Latex, Polymer, Adhesives, Construction Chemicals or Specialty Chemicals manufacturing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day production activities and achieve shift-wise production targets.
- Monitor batch/process operations, charging, packing and panel operations.
- Ensure production as per quality parameters, SOPs and safety standards.
- Supervise manpower and ensure proper handling of materials, equipment and machines.
- Maintain production records, logbooks and shift documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and other departments for smooth plant operations.
