Responsibilities:
-Ensure strong accounting controls, accurate transaction recording, and timely plant-level book closures.
-Monitor capital expenditure, manage asset accounting, and oversee accounts payable with proper controls.
-Lead budgeting, track performance vs. budget, and provide variance and cost analysis.
-Support GST compliance, audits, and statutory requirements at the plant level.
-Develop MIS/reporting systems and drive standardization, ERP, and process improvements.
