Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead ATM safes development projects while coordinating with customers, certification agencies, suppliers, cross functional teams, global R&D teams

- Develop 3D models, assemblies, detailed manufacturing drawings, and BOMs

- Perform design validation and engineering calculations

- Ensure designs meet manufacturability, quality, and cost requirements

- Coordination with customers, certification agencies, internal cross functional teams and vendors

- Support prototype development, testing, and production implementation

- Review and improve existing designs for performance and cost optimization

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of experience in design / Engineering department

- Ability to lead design projects independently and coach junior team members

- Solid work experience with Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Solid Edge and PDM/PLM

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including CNC punching, laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills

- Team player and excellent coordination skills with cross functional teams within organization, technical discussions with customers, vendors and relevant stakeholders

Preferred Industry Experience:

- Industrial equipment

- Electrical enclosure

- Sheet metal manufacturing companies

- Engineering services (Preference of exp. on above industry projects)

Minimum QualificationBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (From reputed institution with very good academic track record) Masters in CAD / CAM will be an added advantage
