Responsibilities:
- Providing solutions to queries and issues raised by production related to BEP documents and any modification required during campaign.
- Providing proper execution documents for proper implementation of campaign modification. Providing technical specifications and approval for any new equipment procurement.
- Providing proper coordination between different cross functional teams and CTG regarding issues before and after startup of campaigns.
- Preparing and updating as-built drawings, based on which future campaigns can be conceptualized.
- Preparation of campaign learning report to be incorporated in next campaign/dedicated plants.
- Preparation of Post Hazop BEP documents as per requirement
- Providing clarity regarding any issues related to IPDS/interlock summary for different campaigns and selection of instruments as per availability.
- To prepare drawing as per PESO guidelines / requirements.
- Updating the drawings and providing to the process on implementation of any change.
