Key Responsibilities:
-Lead overall R&D process development strategy across APIs, Intermediates, -Agrochemicals, Specialty Chemicals, and CDMO/CRDMO projects.
-Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple development programs from laboratory stage to commercial manufacturing.
-Drive development of safe, scalable, cost-effective, and regulatory-compliant manufacturing processes.
-Provide technical leadership for complex process challenges, scale-up issues, and manufacturing support activities.
-Review and approve critical documents including process development reports, validation protocols, batch records, and technology transfer packages.
-Coordinate closely with Production, Analytical R&D, QA, QC, Regulatory, and Business Development teams for project execution.
-Lead client interactions, technical discussions, audits, and project progress meetings.
-Drive innovation through route scouting, patent analysis, and development of non-infringing synthetic processes.
-Manage project timelines, budgets, manpower allocation, and resource planning for efficient execution.
-Provide strategic inputs to senior leadership for portfolio development and business growth initiatives.
-Present technical outcomes, project performance, and commercialization strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
