- Lead quality control activities for raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, and new product campaigns.
- Ensure timely execution of analytical testing using advanced laboratory instruments and analytical techniques.
- Coordinate with R&D/CTG and manufacturing teams for analytical method implementation and new product commercialization.
- Review, update, and maintain IMS, ISO, and NABL documentation to ensure audit readiness.
- Monitor laboratory performance, instrument calibration, preventive maintenance, and analytical accuracy.
Drive continual improvement, cost optimization, and laboratory operational excellence.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare performance reports to support business decisions.
- Ensure timely approval of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to support uninterrupted production and dispatch.
- Implement 5S, TQM, IMS, and continuous improvement initiatives within the QC laboratory.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the QC team while fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in Quality Control within the Specialty Chemicals, Agrochemicals, or Chemical Manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on expertise in analytical instruments, laboratory operations, quality systems, ISO/NABL compliance, and team management.
