Key Responsibilities:
• Manage international sourcing of chemical raw materials
• Handle end-to-end import documentation, shipment planning and customs clearance
• Develop and manage global suppliers and alternate vendor sources
• Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, payment terms and contracts
• Coordinate with plant and production teams for uninterrupted raw material availability
• Optimize procurement, logistics and inventory costs
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, BIS, Incoterms, HS Codes and international trade regulations
• Manage CHA, freight forwarders and logistics partners
• Drive vendor performance, procurement KPIs and process improvements
Preferred Profile:
- Strong experience in Chemical Industry procurement
- Significant exposure to raw material imports and global sourcing
- Knowledge of hazardous chemical compliance
- Experience with SAP
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
