Manager - Process Engineering

Job Description

  • Monitor, analyse and optimise manufacturing process performance
  •  Ensure safe, stable and efficient plant operations
  •  Troubleshoot process deviations, operational issues and quality concerns
  •  Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA
  •  Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation and batch manufacturing records
  •  Drive process improvement, yield enhancement, energy optimisation and debottlenecking
  •  Support process scale-up, plant trials, new product introduction and technology transfer
  •  Participate in plant commissioning, start-up and process modification projects
  •  Conduct process capability studies to improve productivity and quality
  •  Participate in HAZOP, PHA, Risk Assessment and Management of Change
  •  Establish and monitor process safety leading indicators
  •  Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering and EHS teams

  •  Support Operational Excellence and implementation of engineering best practices
