The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing key customer accounts, maintaining long term relationships, managing existing portfolio & driving growth within existing customer accounts.
Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Fine Chemicals or Specialty Chemicals.
-Develop business plans and relationship-management strategies for key customer accounts.
-Act as the single point of contact for end-to-end customer program management.
-Convert customer enquiries into cost proposals, commercial offers and contracts.
-Manage order fulfilment from enquiry stage through dispatch.
-Monitor timelines, cost, quality, HSE requirements and delivery commitments.
-Drive growth within existing accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
-Take account-wise P&L responsibility and prepare sales forecasts and business plans.
-Coordinate with Production, Operations, Commercial, HSEQ and other internal teams.
-Handle customer queries, escalations and senior-level stakeholder meetings.
-Build market intelligence and identify potential business opportunities.
