Calibration & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and calibration of sensors, transmitters, control valves, and analytical instruments (like pH and gas detectors).
Safety & Compliance: Design and manage Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) systems. Ensure all installations meet hazardous-area safety standards
Troubleshooting: Diagnose system malfunctions, valve failures, or loop errors to minimize plant downtime.
Project Management: Oversee the installation, loop-checking, and commissioning of new instrumentation hardware during plant expansions or upgrades.
Mandatory Skillset :
Instrumentation Maintenance, Calibration, Field Instruments, PLC, DCS, SCADA, Control Valves, Transmitters, Loop Checking, Interlock Testing, P&ID, Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance and Commissioning.
Junior/Graduate Instrumentation Engineer: Focuses on routine calibration, assisting senior staff, and documenting instrument maintenance data.
Instrumentation and Control Engineer: Manages the day-to-day operation of control systems, troubleshoots automation glitches, and oversees technicians.
