Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition: Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job
postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, ensuring we attract top-tier
talent that aligns with our culture.
Performance Management: Design and implement robust performance appraisal
systems, coaching managers on delivering constructive feedback and driving
professional development.
Culture & Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives that boost morale,
improve retention, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
Policy & Compliance: Maintain and update employee handbooks, ensure
compliance with labor laws, and manage all documentation related to employment,
benefits, and workplace safety.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for employee
grievances, conducting investigations and mediating disputes with fairness and
confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing and benefits
administration, ensuring competitive compensation packages and timely updates
to records.
HR Analytics: Track key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, time-to-hire) and
provide actionable insights to leadership for organizational improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 8-10+ years of experience in HR management or a senior generalist
role.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field.
Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of local and national labor laws
and employment regulations.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the
ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS), payroll software,
and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
