HR Executive / Sr. Executive - Generalist

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR Generalist activities and employee coordination.
• Manage statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESIC and other applicable labour compliances.
• Support monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave and salary inputs.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
• Handle employee joining, onboarding, confirmation, transfer and exit formalities.
• Coordinate for full & final settlement, relieving documentation and employee clearances.
• Support recruitment activities such as candidate coordination, interview scheduling and joining follow-ups, as required.
• Address routine employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, PF, ESIC and HR policies.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, SOPs and processes.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS and employee data.
• Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
• Explore and use AI tools for HR-related activities, such as drafting, data organization, reporting, communication and process improvement.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of HR activities.

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of relevant HR Generalist experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of PF, ESIC and payroll processes is important.
• Exposure to overall HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Interest or basic hands-on exposure to AI tools would be preferred.
• Decent written and spoken English communication.
• Good coordination, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage routine HR activities and work with employees across functions.
