Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee attendance records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with HRMS/Time Office software, payroll systems, and statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules using Time Office software.
-Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines using Payroll Software.
-Handle statutory compliances including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State --Insurance (ESIC), and Professional Tax (PT).
-Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and maintenance of related records.
-Coordinate with finance for salary processing and statutory payments.
-Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
-Assist in employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
-Address employee queries related to payroll, attendance, and statutory deductions.
-Ensure compliance with labour laws and company HR policies.
-Generate HR reports related to attendance, payroll, and statutory compliance.
Key Skills Required
-Hands-on experience with Time Office/Attendance Management Software.
-Experience in Payroll Processing.
-Good knowledge of PF, ESIC, Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory compliances.
-Knowledge of labour laws and statutory documentation.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
-MBA (HR) / MSW / Graduate.
-3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Statutory Compliance.
-Experience in manufacturing, chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial organizations will be preferred.
-Candidates with hands-on experience in HRMS and payroll software will have an added advantage.
