• Identify and develop new fluoropolymer applications in collaboration with customers and the Business Development team
• Develop processing parameters, product specifications and testing standards for new applications
• Create samples with the required testing certifications and coordinate customer approvals
• Evaluate scalability in coordination with technical and manufacturing teams
• Provide application-processing support and troubleshoot customer and internal technical issues
• Work with OEMs and end users during new product development
• Identify opportunities for conversion to fluoroplastics and prepare development proposals
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, engineering consultants, procurement and contractors
• Drive successful project sign-offs, application approvals and revenue generation from new applications
