General Manager Production (Polymer)

Job Description

·         Deliver products OTIF as per agreed sales plan

·         Maintain RM, PM and WIP inventory within norms

·         Implement approved CAPEX and process improvement actions

·         Comply with EHS and other statutory norms

·         Control fixed cost within budget

·         Implement and sustain best manufacturing practices (and strive for WCM)

·         Maintain and enhance best demonstrated process efficiency and productivity (via automation)

·         Optimise use of ERP and maintain ISO standards

·         Perform the role of people manager

·         Plan and conduct customer visits for self and team

·         Prepare and maintain MIS reports

·         Oversee preventive maintenance schedules are carried out as per plan

·         Prepare, review and ensure adherence to Co| Bu | Fu | department policies and SOPs (as applicable)
