Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain the defined HSE Management System, including PSM, RC & Legal compliance.
• Ensure adequacy of the HSE Management System as per ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Train new employees on HSE system requirements.
• Conduct mock drills and ensure employees respond as per their defined roles.
• Ensure availability of adequately trained and competent manpower and required infrastructure to meet HSE requirements.
• Ensure effective internal communication on HSE matters and participation in various HSE meetings.
• Ensure all on-site contractors comply with the defined HSE system.
• Promote continual improvement in HSE performance.
• Support employees in reporting incidents, hazards, risks and opportunities.
• Support the establishment and functioning of health and safety committees.
• Identify significant HSE aspects, hazards, potential impacts and OH&S risks associated with work activities.
• Contribute towards the effectiveness and continual improvement of the HSE and OH&S Management Systems.
• Ensure compliance with organizational HSE obligations and requirements.
• Support implementation of actions arising from incident investigations.
• Ensure implementation of actions related to identified hazards and OH&S risks.
