Job Description

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Make accurate & timely production planning
• Manage production schedule for achieving production planning timely & accurately along with optimum utilization of resources
• Implement new approaches of production and come up with automations wherever possible
• Ensure accuracy in production as per the specifications of design team for new product
• Estimate costs for production and setting the quality standards for the products
• Reduce the abnormal wastage and achieve yield %
• Ensure least breakdown time for the resources
• Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment’s
• Monitor product standards and implementing quality-control programs
• Effectively co-ordinate with other department managers to implement the policies & goals of the company
• Accurate and timely reporting to the management
• Ensure that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly
• Track production data using standard data-capturing method
• Supervise and motivate team members to meet production targets
• Ensure proper housekeeping of the premises by the team
