Engineering Head (AGM / DGM)

Job Description

• Experience in Chemical / API / Pharmaceutical manufacturing is mandatory.
• Must have worked in batch-process manufacturing plants.
• Strong exposure to plants involving significant manual manufacturing operations / processes.
• Must have handled engineering functions covering Mechanical, Electrical, Utilities and Civil.
• Experience independently managing plant projects, expansions and revamps.
• Proven experience managing a large engineering / maintenance workforce of approximately 100 employees.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, planning and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Candidates from or willing to relocate to North India / Chandigarh will be preferred.
