Utility Maintenance Experience Required
The candidate must have hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of plant utility systems, including:
B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Screw Compressors & Air Compressors – Preventive and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, lubrication systems, and ensuring uninterrupted compressed air supply.
Nitrogen Plant – Operation and maintenance of nitrogen generation systems, monitoring pressure and purity levels, and handling routine troubleshooting.
Cooling Towers – Maintenance of cooling tower systems including pumps, fans, dosing systems, and monitoring cooling efficiency.
Brine Plant / Chilling System – Operation and maintenance of brine circulation systems, refrigeration units, heat exchangers, and temperature control systems.
Boilers – Maintenance and monitoring of steam boilers, safety valves, steam distribution systems, and adherence to boiler safety regulations.
Key Maintenance Responsibilities
-Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of utility equipment.
-Monitor and maintain utility parameters such as pressure, temperature, and flow to ensure smooth plant operations.
-Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of equipment failures.
Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure uninterrupted utility supply.
-Maintain maintenance records, logbooks, and inspection reports as per plant standards.
-Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements related to boilers and utilities.
