Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end Mechanical Project Execution – planning to commissioning
- Manage CAPEX projects, plant modifications, capacity enhancement & equipment replacement projects
- Equipment installation, erection, alignment, testing and commissioning
- Project planning, scheduling, budgeting and progress monitoring
- Preparation/review of technical specifications, drawings and engineering solutions
- Cost estimation & cost optimization during project planning and execution
- Vendor evaluation, contractor management and procurement coordination
- Resource and manpower planning for project execution
- Ensure adherence to project safety, statutory compliance & contractor safety requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, E&I, Civil, Safety, Procurement and Finance teams
- Project commissioning, handover and closure

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in Mechanical Projects / Project Engineering / CAPEX
- Hands-on exposure to equipment erection, installation & commissioning
- Experience managing multiple projects, vendors and contractors simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, scheduling and resource optimization
- Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering and plant infrastructure
