Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute the organization's ESG strategy across manufacturing sites.
-Lead sustainability initiatives including carbon footprint reduction, renewable energy integration, water conservation, and waste minimization.
-Ensure ESG governance, regulatory compliance, BRSR reporting, and sustainability disclosures.
-Drive supplier ESG assessments and sustainable procurement practices.
Implement ESG data platforms, dashboards, and digital reporting systems.
-Collaborate with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, and Engineering teams to embed ESG principles into business operations.
-Engage with investors, ESG rating agencies, auditors, and senior leadership.
-Build and mentor the ESG team while driving an organization-wide sustainability culture.
