Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Quality Head to lead and manage quality operations within a large industrial manufacturing facility. The role involves ensuring that manufacturing activities and product deliveries comply with applicable standards, quality requirements and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality management activities across the manufacturing and production phases.
Implement and maintain quality management systems, procedures and applicable standards.
Promote a strong quality culture and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
Develop and maintain personnel qualifications and quality compliance standards.
Coordinate with production, engineering and other functional teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct internal and external quality audits and support compliance reviews.
Lead quality investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives and support the deployment of quality strategies.
Monitor quality performance and ensure timely resolution of non-conformances.
Candidate Requirements
B.Tech qualification.
15–20 years of relevant quality management experience.
Strong experience in quality management systems, audits, inspections and manufacturing quality.
Knowledge of applicable industry standards and quality compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
