Involvedin day to day plant operations and related entries, to ensure all the entries are entered daily basis.
Closely workingwith production department to obtain accurate production data and cost and compare the same with the entries in the dynamics.
Monthly analysing of actual costs versus standard costs, identify variances, and provide explanations and recommendations to management to make the necessary changes in the system.
Responsible for Bill of Materials (BOM) analysis and updation in the system.
Responsible forRoute cost analysis and updation in the system.
Periodic review of the costing of all the existing products and prepare estimates of costs for anynew products in order toestablish prices of products and to forecast production
Planning and executing perpetual stock count to minimise the variances of the stock as per books and physical stock.
Closely workingwith plant teams to ensure consistent costing practices and policies.
Address and resolve issues and concerns in a prompt and effective manner with other departments/plant teams.
Preparation and presentation of costing reports to seniors/managerial team members.
Responsible for execution of tasks/reports assigned from time to time.
Skills Requirements:
4+ Experience of working in Manufacturing industry
Experience in African countriesispreferred
Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
