• Manage complete cash and banking operations, including collections, fund-flow planning, foreign and local payments, petty cash and bank reconciliation
• Evaluate customer credit limits, monitor outstanding balances and review receivables ageing
• Ensure accurate order processing, sales invoicing, dispatch documentation and coordination with warehouses and transporters
• Maintain books of accounts and ensure compliance with VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, expatriate tax and applicable corporate regulations
• Prepare and submit monthly P&L, balance sheet and cash-flow reports to the Head Office
• Prepare annual financial statements in accordance with local GAAP
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants and tax authorities during assessments and audits
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and quarterly physical verification of inventory
• Maintain customer, sales, purchase, expense and fixed-asset records
• Oversee import activities, from order placement until container arrival at the warehouse
• Support administrative activities, registrations and coordination with external consultants
