We are hiring a highly experienced Chemical Engineering professional for a senior manufacturing leadership position.
The candidate should have 25–30 years of relevant experience, with strong expertise in chemistry, engineering, technical operations and managing a large industrial workforce.
Key Requirements:
25–30 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or relevant industrial operations.
Strong technical knowledge of chemical manufacturing and engineering.
Proven capability to manage a workforce of more than 500 company employees.
Strong people-management, operational leadership and decision-making skills.
Experience leading manufacturing teams in a large-scale industrial environment.
Preferred Background: Senior plant or unit leadership experience in chemical/agrochemical manufacturing.
