We are hiring an experienced Chemical Manufacturing professional to lead production operations and ensure achievement of budgeted targets for Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead production planning, raw material management, inventory control and timely product dispatch.
Ensure plant operations comply with standard operating procedures and production targets.
Troubleshoot process problems, identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
Drive cost optimization by reducing raw material and utility consumption.
Implement TQM, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency.
Manage quality compliance, investigate customer complaints and implement CAPA.
Ensure EHS compliance, hazard identification, incident investigation and process safety.
Conduct process FMEA to improve operational reliability and reduce process risks.
Develop team capabilities through technical training, skill evaluation and performance management.
Maintain operational documentation, plant manuals, SOPs and Integrated Management Systems.
Key Requirements:
B.E. / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
18–22 years of experience in Chemical / Agrochemical manufacturing.
Strong experience in production operations and large-scale plant management.
Expertise in production planning, cost control, process troubleshooting and operational excellence.
Knowledge of EHS, quality management, TQM, 5S and IMS.
Proven leadership, team development and problem-solving capabilities.
