Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and strengthen the company's Occupational Health and Medical Services.
-Develop and implement healthcare policies aligned with industry best practices.
-Manage emergency medical response, occupational health surveillance, and employee wellness initiatives.
-Ensure compliance with the Factory Act and other applicable health regulations.
-Liaise with government authorities, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
-Lead and develop the medical and paramedical team while overseeing departmental budgets and health programs.
