Business Management Officer- R and D

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and profile potential customers globally
• Gather customer requirements including product details, specifications, target cost & annual demand
• Coordinate customer inquiries and proposals
• Assist with NDAs, agreements, contract documentation & approvals
• Support project tracking, status updates and execution follow-up
• Coordinate with R&D, Process Development, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance & Legal
• Prepare MIS reports, data analysis, presentations and follow-up trackers

Preferred Experience: CDMO / Business Development in Chemical or Pharma
