Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategy
• Support corporate strategy development including market entry, portfolio strategy and long-term planning.
• Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking and strategic analysis
• Build financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
Strategy Operations & PMO
• Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives across functions.
• Support stage-gate reviews for new R&D programs.
• Assist in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) analysis and reporting.
• Monitor progress of cost transformation and operational improvement initiatives
M&A and Strategic Projects
• Support scouting and screening of acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct initial financial evaluation, market attractiveness analysis and synergy assessment.
Board & Investor Support
• Prepare board presentations and investor materials.
• Support data requests and analysis for private equity stakeholders.
• Develop clear, insight-driven communication for senior leadership.
Data & Digital Initiatives
• Develop management dashboards and MIS reporting.
• Lead implementation of AI and technology-driven initiatives to improve processes
• Translate complex datasets into actionable insights
Technical & Functional Skills
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities who can operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
• Excellent PowerPoint and structured communication ability
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with SQL and/or Python for data extraction, analysis, and reporting
• Experience working on AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
• Exposure to workflow automation platforms such as n8n or Zapier is a plus
• Ability to work across functions and drive projects to completion
