Job Summary
FLO – Instrumentation is responsible for the execution, and maintenance of instrumentation systems across plant operations and projects. This role ensures the reliability, compliance, and performance of instrumentation systems, deliver both routine and project-based instrumentation activities. The position plays a key role in supporting engineering initiatives, driving technical excellence, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations, reporting to section heads and head of department.
Key Responsibilities
· manage the instrumentation section as per planning, execution, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
· Issue of permits, material, service entry in SAP
· Document review, implementation of instrumentation for both existing operations and new projects.
· Issuing material from store,
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams and contractors to support automation and control strategies.
· Coordination With Contractors, Vendors and other agencies for smooth operations. · Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company quality systems.
· Co-ordinate with team members to achieve departmental goals and technical growth.
· Maintain reports schedules, and documentation
Preferred Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of control systems, PLCs, DCS, SCADA, programming and field instrumentation.
· Familiarity with Project work
· Experience with project planning tools and engineering documentation. · team management skills.
· Familiar with Yokogawa, Honeywell, ABB and Emerson DCS.
· SAP Knowledge is must
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3-4 years in project execution or project management roles.
