- Analysis and review of Balance sheet schedules
Operational Accounting & Control
- Cost Savings Champion – Driving all cost savings/CI projects
- Fixed Asset Accounting - ROI calculations of new proposed capital projects, Physical Verification, tagging and asset capitalization on time, improved processes set-up and review, finance lead in factory footprint maximization/expansion projects
- Scrap sales ownership - rates review, process review, analysis and physical checks
- Statutory and Internal Audit Co-Ordination – including physical count of assets and inventory, actual inventory valuation, etc.
- Cost audit – yearly cost audit end-to-end ownership for both plants
- P2P related analysis and review activities – MRBR/OCR/GRIR review & clearance
Taxation Support
- GST Credit-related ownership on capex and single point of contact for HO Tax team
