Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete Plant HR & Generalist HR functions
• Handle Industrial Relations (IR), Personnel Management and Labour Compliance
• Manage contract labour and workforce administration
• Oversee Security, Administration and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with statutory and labour regulations
• Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment and employee engagement activities

Candidate Profile:

• 10–15 years of relevant Plant HR experience
• Pharmaceutical / Veterinary Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant experience is mandatory
• Strong exposure to HR, IR, Personnel, Security & Administration
