Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the EHS strategy aligned with business objectives and global standards.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, safety, and statutory regulations across manufacturing, R&D, and project sites.

- Drive Process Safety Management (PSM), risk assessments, incident investigations, emergency preparedness, and contractor safety programs.

- Lead environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste, emissions, water, energy, and ESG performance improvement.

- Manage regulatory inspections, statutory approvals, audits, and customer EHS assessments.

- Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement, capability building, and behavioral safety initiatives.

- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, R&D, Projects, QA, SCM, HR, and Corporate EHS to embed EHS excellence across the organization.

- Monitor EHS performance, drive continuous improvement, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.

Minimum QualificationBachelor's degree in Engineering/Science with a recognized qualification in Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, or a related discipline
